Circular vibrating bases

Circular vibrating bases find a wide application in cases where it is necessary to feed bulk loaded components into the bowl, automatically or individually, in the position and at the speed desired. The output of the pieces can occur through one or more channels placed side by side or overlapping, with timed or continuous flows.

To meet specific production requirements, these can be used for removing any extraneous, defective components as well as those which exceed the thresholds. The scope of application for circular vibrating bases includes the entire field of automation for mass production: from electronics to mechanics, from electronics to hydraulics, from food to pharmaceuticals to manufacturing/packaging.

Circular vibrating bases can be employed individually or put into feeding assemblies within the assemblage or automated processing systems. They are, moreover, isolated from the support structure thanks to the presence of special anti-vibration feet. The intensity of the vibration can also be varied during the operation thanks to the electric command with which they are fitted. Each base can have two directions of rotation, both clockwise and counter-clockwise.

They can be internally coated, when necessary, to meet the noise limits set by law. The width and the pitch of the internal helical track are established according to the piece to be fed.

Special bowls are designed and built to meet specific requirements.

The vibrating bases are utilised in automatic or single feeding of components bulk loaded into the bowl, in the position and at the speed desired.

The output of the components may be through one or more channels placed side by side or overlapping, with continuous or timed flows. In special cases, you can also achieve the elimination of extraneous, defective components or those which exceed the thresholds.

The scope of application for the circular vibrating bases includes the entire field of automation for mass production: electronics, mechanics, electronic engineering, hydraulics, food, pharmaceuticals, etc...

The vibrating bases can be used individually or inserted into feeding assemblies in the processes of automatic machining and assembly.

They are isolated from the support structure thanks to the presence of special anti-vibration feet. The intensity of vibration can also be varied during the operation by means of the electrical equipment with which they are provided. The stepped bowls in cast aluminium are used to guide and feed, automatically or individually, components such as bushings, grains, pins, rivets and screws.

The output of the pieces from the container may be in a continuous or timed flows.
