PRODUCTION OF LINEAR VIBRATING BASES IN LECCO

Linear vibrating bases are characterised by their versatility and easy balancing. Thanks to the vibration obtained by oscillating inclined leaf springs, these instruments are used to handle small and large workpieces. The electrical equipment allows the vibration intensity to be varied during travel. In addition, the adjustable counterweight (Osca European Patent) applied to the instruments makes it possible to even out the speed at which the workpieces move and allows the feeder to be mounted in a centred position in relation to the vibrator.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS OF THE LINEAR VIBRATING BASE

When used upstream of the circular vibrator with a hopper, linear vibrators allow the capacity and autonomy of the feeding system to be increased.

The capacity of the hoppers ranges from approx. 5 to 100 L (models used VR20 VR30 VR40 VR60 VR70).

When used downstream of the circular vibrator, the linear vibrators act as an accumulation of pieces already selected for the machine, eliminating the downtime and recharging times of the circular vibrator and allowing the system to maintain its production rate constant at all times (models used VR20 VR30 VR50 VR60).

In both cases, the linear vibrator must always be operated in conjunction with the circular vibrator, with continuous communication between the two systems.

In addition, each model of the linear vibrator has the possibility of applying an adjustable counterweight behind it, which makes it possible to standardise the intensity and quality of the vibration over the entire length of the vibrating channel.
