Linear vibrating bases

Linear vibrating bases are characterised by their versatility and ease of balance. Thanks to the vibration achieved by oscillating the inclined leaf springs, these instruments are used to move small and large pieces. The inserted electrical equipment permits a variation in vibration during operation. Furthermore, the adjustable counterweight (Osca European Patent) applied within the vibrating bases allows for the standardisation of the speed at which the pieces are moved forward and allows for central mounting on the channel in respect to the vibrator unit.

Industrial applications of linear vibrating bases

Linear vibrating bases are used in a very broad range of fields, including various industrial applications, such as:

  • single use and use in feeding assemblies in automatic and assembly work processes;
  • application as an interface between the vibrating bases and the machines takes place if the already selected components reach the vibrating bases and the handling of the parts on the vibrating channels is very long.

Models and loads

Based in Olginate, in the province of Lecco, Osca.Cornara offers its clients a wide range of models that can meet various production requirements. The models VR40, VR50, VR60 and VR70 are used with hoppers of:

  • 30-50-70L;
  • 80-100L;
  • 150L;
  • 200L and greater.

LINEAR VIBRATORS: VR10 - VR20 - VR30 RIGID

Electromagnetic linear vibrators

The features that distinguish the linear electromagnetic vibrators are: great versatility and ease of balance. The vibration determined by the oscillation of the inclined leaf springs allows for the handling of both small and large pieces.

Linear vibrators can be used on their own or inserted into feeding assemblies in assembly and automatic working processes. The vibration intensity can be altered during the operation by means of the electrical equipment with which they are fitted.

The VR10 VR20 VR30 linear vibrators are used in particular applications such as interfacing between the vibrating bases and the machines in use when it is necessary to take the already aligned and selected components to stretches which cannot be reached by the output channels of bowls mounted on the vibrating bases. Thanks to the accumulation this creates in the channel, the linear vibrators guarantee steady feeding of the pieces which can be either continuous or timed.

LINEAR VIBRATORS: VR10 - VR20 - VR30 FIXED-MOBILE

Fixed and mobile linear vibrators

The features that distinguish the linear electromagnetic vibrators are: great versatility and ease of balance. The vibration determined by the oscillation of the inclined leaf springs allows for the handling of both small and large pieces.

Linear vibrators can be used on their own or inserted into feeding assemblies in assembly and automatic working processes. The vibration intensity can be altered during the operation by means of the electrical equipment with which they are fitted.

The presence of the adjustable counterweight OSCA EUROPEAN PATENT guarantees uniformity in the speed at which the parts are moved forward, inclusive of the rear of the channel, by allowing for the channel to be centrally mounted in respect to the vibrator unit.
