PRODUCTION OF LINEAR VIBRATING FEEDERS IN ITALY
The company OCV FEEDERS produces linear vibrating bases in Italy : this product is characterized by versatility and easy balancing. Thanks to the vibration obtained by oscillating inclined leaf springs, these tools are used to move small and large pieces. The electrical equipment allows you to vary the intensity of the vibration during the march. Industrial applications of linear vibrating base
The company OCV FEEDERS emphasizes that their production of vibrating bases, if used upstream of the circular vibrator with a hopper, allows to increase the capacity and autonomy of the feeding system. The capacity of the hoppers ranges from 5 to approximately 800 liters (models used VR20 VR30 VR40 VR60 VR70 ). If used downstream of the circular vibrator, the linear vibrators act as an accumulation of pieces already selected for the machine, eliminating downtime and recharging of the circular vibrator, allowing the system to always maintain its production rate constant (models used VR20 VR30 VR50 VR60 ). In both cases, the management of the linear must always take place in function of the circular vibrator with continuous communication between the two systems. All linear vibrator models have the possibility of applying an adjustable counterweight behind them that allows to standardize the intensity and quality of the vibration along the entire length of the vibrating channel.
