PRODUCTION OF CAST ALUMINIUM AND IRON HOPPERS IN THE PROVINCE OF LECCO

The vibrating hoppers are storage tanks for the pieces fixed on top of a linear vibrator and act as a feeder for the circular vibrator, thus increasing the capacity and autonomy of the system.

They can also be used simply as dispensers in the packaging field, thanks to the electrical control equipment that allows them to stop and restart quickly and easily, even for a very high number of cycles, tending towards infinity.

FEATURES

The hoppers can be made of cast aluminium in the following capacities: 5, 10 and 50 litres. They are coated with sprayed polyurethane which can be smooth or textured.

If hoppers with a capacity of more than 50 litres are required, they are made of iron or AISI 304 stainless steel in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

OCV FEEDERS manufactures hoppers with a capacity of up to 300 litres, but the most suitable solutions are available for different needs.
